Privacy Policy

This privacy policy will be expanded before public launch. The section below describes the personal data we process today.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo request form, we collect your first and last name, work email address, company name, and optionally your role, team size, and any message you write. We also record the date and time of your request, the country your request came from, your browser's user agent, the page that referred you, and a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your demo request and to prepare a demo relevant to your stack. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check that you are not a bot. Turnstile does not track you across sites.

Emails are delivered by Resend, acting as our processor. Resend is based in the United States, so this involves a transfer of your details outside the EEA, carried out under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Your request is stored in our own mailbox and in Resend's delivery logs.

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your details, or to object to our processing them. Write to mail@codespectra.io and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Audience measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are useful and how fast the site really is for the people visiting it. Between them they record the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate country, your device and browser type, and page loading timings.

These tools set no cookies and do not track you across websites. They build no advertising profile, they do not attempt to identify you personally, and we never sell or share what they collect. We only ever see aggregated statistics, never an individual browsing history. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing here to consent to beyond measuring our own audience, which the CNIL exempts under exactly these conditions.

Vercel processes this data on our behalf. We keep these aggregated statistics for no longer than 13 months. If you would still rather not be counted, any standard tracker-blocking browser extension will prevent these scripts from loading, and the site will work normally without them.

Should we ever add advertising or cross-site tracking, that would require your consent, and we would ask for it explicitly before loading anything.
