Frequently asked questions
What counts as a repository?+
Any repository that sends deployment events to CodeSpectra. Repositories that are connected but haven't sent events don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Your data and configuration are preserved during the transition.
What happens if I exceed 30 repositories on the Free plan?+
You'll receive a notification. Existing repositories continue to work, but new ones won't be accepted until you upgrade or remove repositories.
What does onboarding support include?+
A guided session to help you connect your first CI/CD pipelines, configure SonarCloud integration, and set up your initial product groupings. Available for all Free plan users.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. CodeSpectra is multi-tenant with complete data isolation via database-level filters. API keys are SHA-256 hashed. All communication is encrypted via TLS. We support SSO via Azure AD on Pro and Enterprise plans.
